1. How much does DJ Connect cost?
DJ Connect is free to use for both DJs and their audiences.
2. What happens when a request is declined?
If the DJ declines a request, the partygoers request bundle won’t be spent but he/she will be argued to request for another song fitting the DJs current musical vibe, hype or genre. If the DJ ends a party without marking a requested song as played on the playlist screen, the request bundle won’t be spent. Therefore, one’s request bundle can’t be spent until the request is marked as played, hence partygoers can request songs in total confidence.
3. Do I have to only make song requests in clubs?
No, you can make song request on Tv, Radio and Outdoor event through the app, as long as the DJ playing is signed up on the app and is actively playing Tv, Radio or Live Outdoor Event at that the time you make that request.
4. How long do request bundles take to Expire?
All request bundles are valid for a month, and they must be spent within that period.
5. How can I tip my favorite DJ’s or Live Band?
You can tip them by following the prompts within the app to send the tip using Mobile Money, Visa, MasterCard and American Express which is convenient for you.
6. Can I download a DJ mixtape?
Yes, you can download your favorite Dj Music Mixes within the App
7. What if i want to make a song request of Shs200,000 or more for every song?
You can now make use of the VVIP request bundle which caters for big spenders via our Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze.
